Netizens were shocked by the allegations said by the President Rodrigo Duterte against Senator Leila De Lima and Duterte challenged the latter to defend herself.
“She can have all the time in the world,” said that all of those are not invented and imaginations, he have many witnesses including her "driver-lover," President Duterte told reporters at Camp Siongco.
“Go to the Department of Justice and the Commission on Human Rights to validate,” Duterte added.
Duterte stated, “You want to know the truth?…If I was lying, you can change me."
Saying De Lima also hated scandal, “she knows she is a public official.”
“She has scandal at the CHR, scandal at DOJ and she’s talking about family,” Duterte said.
“If you’re a public official, your life is an open book.”
“She accuses the police of doing such things summary executions when policemen were getting killed in the course of anti-drug operations,” he said.
“I won’t talk without any evidence, I’m not like her,” he said.
