Another complaint against former president PNoy Aquino by relatives of slain Special Action Force (SAF) cops on Friday. This was the third batch of complainants.
The case filed was reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide. This is in relation to the failed Mamasapano operation that caused the government 44 elite cops. Included in the complaints are, dismissed police chief Alan Purisima and fired SAF commander Napeñas for the failed "Oplan Exudos" operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao last 25 January 2015.
The relatives were accompanied by the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption, one of the complainants was Lorna Sagonoy who's son Joseph Sagonoy was the one in the viral video being shot in the face while fighting for his life. This batch of complainants are all from Samar. The first two complaints were also for Former president Aquino and Purisima.
The main issue if for allowing Purisima to be involved in the operation even if he is suspended for the period which makes Aquino recklessly imprudent. Aquino's reckless imprudence has caused the 44 lives of the SAF troopers who although was successful in neutralizing the target Marwan but was failed to deliver rescue on time when the MILF fighters were closing on in them.
