LEYTE -Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. Saturday was sent to Albuera Hospital, citing with hypertension and chest pain, Regional director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Central Visayas, Yogi Filemon Ruiz said.
Espinosa was one of the mayors named after by President Rodrigo Duterte, allegedly coddlers of drug. dyAB radio station of Cebu told that the mayor was confined in a suite room of the hospital.
