Police 'Ninjas' will be sent to Mindanao to fight Abu Sayyaf

Newly sworn Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa is dismay for no one of the policemen who belong to the so-called ‘ninjas’ have surrendered within his 48-hour ultimatum who are known involved in recycling illegal drugs.


However, Dela Rosa already decided to send the suspected policemen in Mindanao, particularly  in the land of Sulu, Basilan and Tawi-Tawi to fight the Abu Sayyaf.


And senior police personnel who got positive result might face force termination from work.


There are 9 policemen from different regions got positive result among the 2,405 individuals who underwent the surprise drug test headed by Dela Rosa himself last Friday and over the weekend.


Just as July4, two more policemen were added to the list.


“The specimen will be subjected to further confirmatory tests for presence of methamphetamine and metabolites" he said.


“Pre-charge investigation and ultimately, they might be dismissed from service.” Dela Rosa concluded.
