Even though President-elect Rodrigo "Digong" Duterte did not assume the office yet, he was still receiving guests from outside the country.
Meet the ambassadors who gave their courtesy call for Duterte, Ambassadors Philip Goldberg of the United States, Asif Ahmad of the United Kingdom and Thomas Ossowski of Germany.
Each of the ambassadors had a separate meeting with Duterte in the so called Malacañang of the South located in Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) compound in Panacan, Davao City.
On Twitter, Ahmad said he met the 10 approaching Cabinet secretaries and examine the needs of the Duterte organization, including how the U.K. can "contribute its aptitude" on science and development, reproductive health and different parts of the Davao City leader's 8-point monetary motivation.
On details of Goldberg's and Ossowski's meeting with Duterte have still to be released.
The Ambassador's visit to Duterte was seen as a welcome development for foreign relations under the approaching Duterte's administration that was set to assume on June 30.
