Television host-actress Kris Aquino leaves ABS-CBN, one of the biggest networks of the Philippines, they said on a statement on Monday that they respected the decision of Aquino.
“We thank Kris for the many years that she has been a Kapamilya bringing joy, hope, and inspiration to our viewers worldwide. She will always be a Kapamilya and we wish her well in her new journey,” said Kane Errol Choa, head of ABS-CBN Corporate Communications, in a statement.
The TV network is thanking her for 20 years of service given by Aquino.
Aquino on Monday morning affirmed that she is leaving ABS-CBN, and is currently working with Tony Tuviera of APT and TAPE diversion, maker of GMA-7's early afternoon show "Eat Bulaga."
The previous presidential sister said it was her companion Boy Abunda who connected with Tuviera for her sake. Tuviera likewise handles the profession of GMA stars Marian Rivera and Maine Mendoza.
Aquino prior communicated appreciation to her previous system and cleared that there was no ill will amongst her and her past managers.
“This is the 1st (and) last I shall say about this chapter of my life. You deserved the true story (and) I gave you my truth, so that we may all move forward… So here’s a shoutout of THANK YOU to the Kapamilya Network ABS-CBN for all that was, and here’s a shoutout of THANK YOU to my new APT family for all that will be.
