Real name is Cielito “Honeylet” Avanceña, who took up BS Biology, BS Nursing and Masters in Nursing and has worked as a nurse in the United States and where she also gave birth to their daughter Kitty.
Maybe Avanceña doesn't want to be on the limelight but in the photo President Rodrigo Duterte was photographed with Avanceña and Kitty on Thursday morning before the inauguration at Malacañang started.
The photo is courtesy by Radio-Television Malacañang (RTVM) showing Duterte inside a car with his current partner Honeylet and their 12-year-old-daughter Veronica Duterte before going to the Palace in noon time.
Aside of being a nurse Avanceña was also a former beauty queen and now a businesswoman. It was known that the marriage of Duterte's ex-wife Elizabeth Zimmerman was annulled in the year 2000.
Because Paolo "Pulong" Duterte posted a photo on his Facebook account saying "Official Photo" where all the immediate family are there. Netizens suddenly are asking the whereabouts of Avanceña and Kitty.
"To everybody questioning the whereabouts of Ms. Avanceña and Kitty Duterte they have their own family picture, NAA AMONG INAHAN KAY AMOA SIYANG INAHAN UG WA NAMOY LABOT ANA," Paolo said.
