There are an estimated of 8.6 million people have been affected by the torrential rain and flood, and dozens of people are killed and still misseing according to state media and local government reports.
According to the government there are more than 1.5 mIllion hectares of crops have been devastated, which has an equivalent of economic losses of more than 20 billion yuan ($3bn).
The national bank on Friday issued an announcement saying it would give money related, backing to flooded areas in China.
