President Rodrigo Digong Duterte already signed the executive order (EO) for implementing the Freedom of Information (FOI) in the executive branch.
As promised Duterte will sign the EO for FOI before his first State of the Nation Address (SONA), on Monday, July 25.
When the President was in home place, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said the president signed the EO for FOI at the Marco Polo Hotel in Davao City on late Saturday night.
