A recent video which gone viral online, caught on by a CCTV on Monday night, viewed and commented by many netizens.
The video would tell between a fight of 2 men in the street of Quiapo, Manila, the one has a car (red Hyundai eon) and another one who owned a bicycle. After the punching fight scene, the one who owned the car was just not satisfied but got through his car and grabbed his pistol and suddenly shot dead the man with the bicycle. As you will watch the video there are two identified witnesses of the crime but slowly ran away.
The alleged suspect on the earlier news was identified as Nestor Punzalan having a red Hyundai Eon with conduction sticker number MO-3746, had presented himself to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to clear his name on the crime.
In a report of GMA news, Punzalan denied himself and said it wasn't him who was shown in the CCTV video who was shooting the victim.
Punzalan explainded, that the conduction sticker number that the authorities had been using to track the suspect, was wrong.
According to GMA news, the victim was identified as Mark Vincent Geralde, 35 yr. old, was shot several times even on the head and died having multiple gun shot wounds. Unluckily, a 18-year-old girl, Rosell Bondoc, was hit by a stray bullet and was still confined at the Mary Chiles General Hospital.
A concern netizen has informed that the first reported conduction sticker shown was wrong and the correct one has a sticker number MO-3745.
In a statement from Top Gears Philippines Facebook page says, "We just received this message from a person who doesn't want to be identified: "Good evening, Top Gear Philippines. I would like to inform you that the real conduction sticker number of the car involved in the shooting incident that killed a cyclist is MO3745. This is verified according to the witness who saw the incident. Somebody posted the wrong conduction sticker number. All I want is for justice to be served, and to clear the name of Mr. Nestor Punzalan."
