Detained for about two years now for having involved in P10-Billion pork barrel, the former Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. appeal to Sandigan Bayan for a leave of three days in total in-order to have a medical implant at Makati City this month.
Back on April 11, Revilla was also granted a medical leave to visit his dentist for a computed tomography (CT) scan of his teeth, which the court was to base it to the result whether to grant or not his request to undergo the procedure.
“Oral prophylaxis (teeth cleaning) was done, and upon doing the clinical exam, several cavities were noted,” his dentist, Dr. Steve Mark Gan said, in a certificate dated April 21.
And “to prevent future complications.” Gan said, in the certificate, Revilla was advised to have a tooth procedure, to replace the tooth that was extracted last year.
They asked for court permission to undergo the surgical procedure in the afternoons of July 13, 16 and 23.
His dentist Gan also said that gave the details for the procedures to be done on Revilla were it includes a panoramic radiograph and composite fillings on his upper frontal teeth.
